Beautiful Fall Day

1 Beautiful fall day + a day off from work = playing outside

Wednesday may have been the last great fall day this year. A perfect day for playing in the leaves!

Pumpkin Painting

Last year the girls and I carved two pumpkins. But since they are so little, I did almost all the work and it wasn't very hands-on for them. This year I decided to have them paint their pumpkins instead (we will carve one big pumpkin together on halloween).

Elise did a great job, she was very creative...

I was very impressed with Anja's brush skills and how she kept the paint colors pretty separated for a two-year old.

Before I knew it, Anja had gone from brush painting to finger painting....

And then to body painting...

This was definitely more hands-on for them!

Cousins

It is great to spend the day with cousins! Elise, Anja and Dutch had a great day in Clearbrook with our cousins. Lots of time outside on a nice fall day.

Anja's 2nd Birthday Party

I can't believe my baby is two! We had a fun party on Sunday with great friends and family.

It was a Vikings game day and we had a football/tailgating theme.
